Appointed by Vine Property Management LLP to assess the condition of the Mechanical and Electrical services, provide Technical Advice in respect of remedial works and plant and equipment replacement required and Consultant Services in respect of the retendering of M&E Maintenance at their 3-storey, with Basement office premises Trinity 3, Solihull B37 7ES.
Anthony White Consulting Ltd undertook the compilation of the mechanical and electrical services asset register, maintenance specification and tender documents, managed in full the retendering process which included responding to contractor tender queries, reviewing the tender returns, undertaking post tender interviews, and providing full tender analysis, report, with recommendation for maintenance contractor appointment.
The Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services provision that was procured consisted of Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to include the Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Services and Systems; the repair and replacement of all defective or non-serviceable parts; Statutory Testing and Inspection; Maintenance of portable firefighting equipment and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
The results were the provision of a professionally managed, high quality Planned Preventative Maintenance service in accordance with SFG20 maintenance schedules, OEM instructions, CIBSE TM 40 guidelines via a system and programme of Mechanical and Electrical maintenance with Contractor Helpdesk.
