In conjunction with The Engineering Practice, Anthony White Consulting Ltd were appointed to undertake a compliance review of the building services designs for rail stations on the Goldline Metro, Doha, for Qatar Rail.

Anthony White Consulting Ltd reviewed and reported on the design of the mechanical building services for Al Sudan, Ras Bu Abboud, National Museum of Qatar, and Sport City stations, which included ventilation systems and air conditioning, chilled water systems, domestic water systems, drainage, firefighting / suppression systems.

A ‘Methodology Used to Assess Completeness’ was developed, and the building services designs were assessed for completeness and correctness against the Employers’ Requirements and applicable design standards.

Technical reports were written, reviewed by the client’s legal team, and then presented by the Expert Witness in court as part of the legal process to resolve issues of disputed payments and contractual non-compliance.
